Every decision is considered within the context of the whole. From venue selection and ceremony setting to menu design, bar service, waiter service, entertainment, and the seamless flow of the event, each element plays a role in shaping the atmosphere and energy of the celebration. Knowing when to build anticipation, when to create intimacy, and when to elevate the energy is as important as any visual detail.

ON THE DAY
You’ll wake up knowing every thread is exactly where it should be. No checking guest arrivals. No supplier calls. No weather stress. Just a day that flows beautifully, because a team behind the scenes has already sewn it together.
Our fee structure, designed for clarity,
priced with purpose and delivered with excellence.
Planning Fee:
Our professional planning fee generally ranges between 8%–10% of the total wedding budget, depending on the scale, complexity, logistics, and scope of the event.
The final fee structure is determined during the initial planning phase, once we have developed the first comprehensive budget draft and gained a clear understanding of the overall requirements. At this stage, the fee is finalised within a reasonable and mutually agreed scope.
On-the-day Management:
An additional on-the-day site management fee will apply, dependent on the scale, logistics, timeline, and operational requirements of the event and associated celebrations.
Planning-phase Transport:
Transport and logistics costs incurred during the planning process, including site visits, supplier meetings, and operational coordination, are charged separately and are dependent on the scope and location of the event.
Additional Services:
Save the Dates, Invitations, Wedding Website and RSVP Management: From R15 500
This fee covers the planning and management of your guest communication journey, including the rollout and coordination of save the dates, invitations, and RSVP tracking. It is a management service only. Website design, illustration, custom artwork, copywriting, and any additional creative or build services are quoted separately based on your requirements and the complexity of the brief.
Guest Concierge (Transport Coordination and Guest Management): From R10 000
This service focuses on seamless guest support and logistics, including transport coordination, scheduling, communication, and guest management around key moments of the celebration. It is a service and coordination fee only. All shuttle services, transport providers, vehicle hire, and related transport costs are billed separately and will be quoted according to the final scope and guest count.
Minimum Wedding Investment
We accept weddings with a minimum overall budget requirement of R3,5 million ZAR
